The TallySoft Technical Support Department offers a variety of support solutions to meet the needs of our customers.

  • Phone-based support is available from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. (EST) by calling (888)825-5976.  After contacting a technician, please Click Here to begin a Remote Assistance session!
  • Phone-based support outside of our regular business hours is available on an emergency basis by calling (724)713-6527 and leaving a voicemail.  A technician will return your phone call within 30 minutes.
  • E-mail support is available at support@tallysoft.com.  Please provide as much detail concerning your issue/request as possible, so that the assigned technician may reply quickly and efficiently.
