TallySales™ Manager was built to work the way you do business instead of the other way around.  All areas are clearly labeled on the Manager's main menu.  The Manager's simple design increases the amount of your efficiency and productivity.


The Manager handles all areas of the TallySales System other than the register.  Ordering, Reports, Receiving, Employee Functions, and many other areas are handled from the TallySales Manager.  An employee's assigned security level determines the accessibility of the TallySales Manager.

Purchase Order System
The TallySales Purchase Order screens control four different areas of purchasing.  The screens allow TallySales to control a great amount of variable information in a small area.

The item detail screen is the heart of the Purchase Order System.  The system allows you to order any product as a single item, a sized item, unit of measure, or a custom built product.  Once a product is created and needs to be reordered, the rebuy process keeps purchasing time to a minimum.  In addition, the product will exist in each store's database, getting rid of the need for double or triple entry.

Our purchase order system is expressly designed for the apparel business where a matrix of size and color is created for each style of garment.  You have the flexibility of using the manufacturer's SKU or having the system assign one of your own and print out custom bar coded labels.


Product Maintenance
Product Maintenance controls all of the characteristics associated with a product.  Packages, Commissions, spiffs, recipes, pricing and average cost are easily accessible.  Create sales to automatically start at a specified time or attach a manufacturers barcode to be scanned at the cash register.

Employee Maintenance
The employee Screen controls all employee information including security access.  Employees are classified as Employee, Manager, or Supervisor, and access to individual system functions can be assigned on a person by person basis.  Employees can also be assigned into a training mode at the register to practice sales.

Package Maintenance
Package maintenance allows you to group similar items together at a predifined package price.  You can then add any upgraded products into the package to promote upselling.  Package maintenance not only saves your cashiers time at the point of sale, but will also allow them the flexibility to easily add or remove items from the package.  The cash register will then adjust the price and inventory levels accordingly.

Customer Maintenance
Customer maintenance allows you to keep track of the most important part of your business...your customers!  In customer maintenance, you can set automatic discount levels for customers that are repeat buyers, apply finance charges while running customer statements, review purchasing & layaway history and merge customers into the TallyMail mailing program.

TallyMail
TallyMail allows you to run a mass mailing in order to stimulate business.  Create a first time buyer letter, a repeat buyer letter or use one of the queries built into the program to generate a list of customers that you would like to send a coupon to.  All coupons are tracked at the cash register in order to figure out how well your mass mailing has done.  You can even print mailing lables from your laser printer or barcode blaster.
